Guily Shemer Ramírez
Biography
Her experience includes advising on telecommunications, industrial property, tourism, environmental law and regulation, as well as obtaining licenses and permits for the development and management of real estate and tourism projects.
She holds a Law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE), a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Urban and Territorial Development from the Global Institute for Advanced Studies in Social Sciences (IGLOBAL–FUNGLODE), and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Law from the University of the Basque Country.
Additionally, she has participated in various workshops and seminars focused on her professional development in areas including Administrative Law, a Diploma in Environmental Law and Environmental Management, among other related fields.
