Biography

She leads the Business and Finance Department, focusing her practice on transactions, contracts, and the development of complex structures for real estate investments.
 
She specializes in Real Estate Law, Corporate Law, Contract Engineering, and Strategy. She holds a Law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) and a Master’s Degree in Economic Regulation Law, with a concentration in Financial Markets, from the same university.
 

She advises clients on complex commercial and real estate transactions, including corporate structuring, contract drafting and negotiation, construction project development, financing, due diligence processes, condominium regime matters, and negotiations for large-scale investment projects in the Dominican Republic.

Additionally, she has participated in seminars on trusts and investment funds organized by the Foundation for Institutionalism and Justice (FINJUS), as well as the seminar “Trusts as a Vehicle for Business and Public-Private Partnerships in the Dominican Republic,” offered by Instituto OMG. She has also strengthened her expertise in Land Registration Law as applied to the Real Estate Jurisdiction through her participation in the Real Estate Jurisdiction Consolidation Program (PCJI).
